Lead User Researcher About the team: - Being a part of our User Research (UR) team at Meesho is a unique opportunity. As Lead User Researcher, you'll have the chance to work on generative research in the area of Next Billion Users (NBU) apart from evaluative, UXR projects. - Our team aligns with product and design teams, directly impacting product and business goals. We conduct product and design/UX research projects with generative and evaluative research. We also contribute to efficiency, effectiveness and other areas of business and company objectives. We also try to build data-backed strategies and influence stakeholders for product solutions too. About the role: - As Lead User Researcher, you'll handle all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) for both generative and evaluative (usability testing, UX) research. - In this role, you'll both, be an IC (Individual Contributor) role as well as manage junior to mid-level researchers as direct reports. - You'll also work with data, secondary research, qualitative and quantitative analysis. - Very importantly, you'll influence product and business stakeholders with strategic priorities and solution directions. You'll oversee our senior researchers and be a mentor to junior researchers. - You'll oversee our senior researchers at Meesho, mentor junior researchers and strive to raise the bar of UR function.
