- Beyond increasing the total active user base at Meesho, we are also the custodians of channelizing user intent in the most optimal way (managing homepage, leveraging deal constructs etc.), and increasing repeat preference for Meesho, through sale events and loyalty program.

About the role:
As Growth Associate in our team, you'll play a significant role in driving growth of the Deals Charter. You'll handle end-to-end execution, tracking and performance of our deal constructs.
What you will do:
- Drive seller opt-in on a monthly basis by liaising with KAMs / agents. Manage event creation on seller panel so that organic opt-ins can come seamlessly
- Create dashboards to measure seller opt-in performance across different type of categories and sellers
- Partner with pricing team to create offers relevant for the deal construct
- Stay on top of relevant metrics to ensure constant improvement and quality checks for better results
- Partner with growth ,business and product teams on a wide variety of marketing activity, planning, and execution
- Create data-based recommendations to improve current processes
What you will need:
- A Graduate/PG degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of work experience in startups/consumer internet companies in managing growth (Sales, Deals) /category marketing roles
- Experience with query tools like SQL
- Analytical mindset with good proficiency in Excel, Word, etc.
