About the Role: As Director, Growth of the Intent channelization and Repeat preference charter, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the most optimal channelization of user intent across personas (casual browsers, deal-seekers etc.) and maximize repeat preference for Meesho by building a rock solid Loyalty program and executing the most exciting sale events in the country.This will entail solving a wide range of problems (covered below), with the help of a rockstar team and other cross functional stakeholders.
