Meesho - Chief of Staff - CEO

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will lead the CEO's office of Meesho and drive many strategic priorities for the company. Our team comprises talented folks from top-tier consulting firms and start-ups. With the right CoS at the helm, our team aims to continue our march towards Democratising Internet commerce for everyone.

What Youll Do?

- Lead strategic projects spanning identifying new business opportunities for Meesho and evaluating growth opportunities in existing business areas

- Own the operating system of the company by identifying the right review cadence. Program manage initiatives identified for execution

- Contribute to the culture of the company by ensuring mission & culture alignment across the org.

- Create engaging platforms to drive the same

- Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - board meetings, All Hands meetings, etc.

What Youll Need?

- 8+ years of cumulative experience in a brand management role in FMCG / consulting / Strategy or P&L management roles in startups

- Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills

- Ability to conceptualize and craft CXO-level presentations

- Proactive mindset & comfort with ambiguity to identify & solve issues hindering smooth functioning of the org
