With almost 4 Lakh entrepreneurs aboard the Meesho app, we are all set to democratise internet commerce for everyone in India. Our primary responsibility, as the Business Pricing org, is to actively drive this mission from the frontlines.
As an Associate Program Manager- Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the pricing strategy of Meesho as a Platform.-
Within the team, you'll closely work with all the category teams product teams & F&E team

About the role:
As an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships, you will be part of the Business Pricing Strategy Pod and work on key central projects that aim to deliver high business impact. The role involves strategy development, executing existing partnership arrangements, leading new partnerships from ideation to execution and managing programs that drive significant platform growth. You will work closely with category, product, tech, finance, legal, marketing and external stakeholders to create seamless collaborations and enhance our offerings.
The ability to leverage insights from these partnerships to create high-impact solutions is critical to success in this role.
What you will do:
Business Strategy and Program Management:
- Understand key business problems and strategic priorities to provide insights on gaps and potential opportunities through partnerships.
- Drive end-to-end problem identification and execution, leveraging partnerships to deliver measurable impact across various business metrics.
- Collaborate with banking, fintech, and brand partners to develop initiatives that enhance platform features, payment processes, and user engagement.
Partnership Development:
- Lead strategic initiatives to form partnerships with financial institutions and brands, contributing to NMV growth and improving the overall customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the smooth execution of these partnerships, focusing on optimizing checkout processes, increasing adoption of payment methods, and creating monetization opportunities.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
- Conduct root cause analyses of key business metrics, with a focus on identifying partnership driven solutions to improve platform performance.
- Leverage data from partnerships to refine strategies and improve outcomes across key metrics such as NMV, conversion rates, and payment success.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teamssuch as product, marketing, finance, and legal - to align on partnership goals and execute key initiatives.
- Communicate insights and progress to leadership, ensuring timely updates on partnership driven business performance.
What you will need:
- MBA Graduate or B.Tech Graduate with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in fast-paced startups or consulting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing partnerships with external stakeholders, particularly in banking, fintech, or related fields
- Proven ability to drive results through strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong bias for action and a demonstrated track record of delivering impactful results.
- Experience in managing data-driven initiatives and driving strategic projects across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of business operations and customer needs, with experience in problem solving using both qualitative and quantitative data. Understanding of payments/fintech space is a plus
- Proven skills in building scalable processes, driving programs, and managing stakeholder relationships.
