Assistant Program Manager - Middle Mile (Fulfillment team)
About the Team:
- As a key member of the newly launched Logistics as a Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in building one of Meeshos most critical projects.
- The team consists of seasoned veterans, spread across multiple states across India, who are working on creating an industry-first solution to deliver shipments to the end consumer at the lowest cost, but the fastest speed possible.
About the Role:
- As Assistant Program Manager, you will work directly with the functional leaders and take ownership of all business-critical problems.
- You will also work with multiple vendors on process optimisation and reduce cost across the value chain Your focus will be to create and improve the operating systems of the org (Strategic planning, Competitive intelligence, building review systems, culture, and so on). As part of the Middle Mile team, this is a tremendous opportunity to work on super interesting 0-1 problems and then scale them 10X.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the GM to create and improve the operating systems of the organization
- Manage the end-to-end process of strategic planning, execution and tracking of performance
improvement / cost reduction initiatives, building review systems
- Identify key problems, set priorities, and come up with solutions to drive implementation in different types of projects
What you will need:
- 3 years of experience
- Experience in Fulfillment, 3PL logistics, and Supply chain process excellence is preferred
- Strong Project & cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fast growing start-ups is preferred
