About the Role:
- As Assistant Manager Growth, your primary responsibility will be to find new problems and opportunities from a user first lens. You will continuously look at user insights, internal data, market data and outside in best practices to spot next bets for Meesho.
- You will then go deeper into specific problems/opportunities and size them, work with pods to take them forward.
- You will also own key work streams like Brand Health, Platform User Intelligence and Market Intelligence to bring a landscape view for the growth team.
What will you do :
- Set-up/Manage projects: Work closely with research agencies and ensure timely reports, data delivery and be able to course correct in cases of issues.
- Cull findings and present: Work closely on projects and get a thorough understanding of the nuances of the project.
- Get strong, clear, actionable findings from the studies done.
- Collaborate with different functions: Work across functions horizontally and support with inputs.
- Work with Data: Work with data, both internal and market and make analysis Reports.
What you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2C start-ups preferably, in growth or central strategy roles (e commerce is an added advantage, but not a requirement).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, preferably from a top-tier college.
- Structured problem-solving skills, Extreme ownership.
- People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Is proactive, dependable, learns quickly from mistakes and is able to take up bigger challenges.
