Job Summary:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented B2C Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, presenting our coaching products, and closing deals with new and existing customers.
- Building lasting relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to assess their needs and fit for our coaching programs.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our coaching services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting and track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the coaching, personal development, or related industry.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand and address client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like (Lead Squared, HubSpot, etc.)
