Job Purpose Summary:
- Responsible for procurement activities for areas mainly related to facilities management section and supporting procurement activates for Phase 1 and 2 dependent on urgency of requirements.

- Knowledge of material purchasing specification
- Development of scope of work for service
- Knowledge of HSE and fire safety

- Communications skills suitable to interact with suppliers and all levels of management
- Computer literacy - MS Office package with strong excel skills

Key Accountabilities Expected Outcomes:
- Managing the procurement process from PR to production of PO and resourcing the materials Timely purchasing of goods to that satisfaction of the end user
- New Vendor exploration and development. Assessment of vendors for quality, reliability, safety compliance and cost effectiveness.
- General follow with finance for payments of PO Timely payments made
- General follow up for PO approvals. Priority based follow up to clear requests in a timely manner
- Communication And Working Relationships:
- Internally communication are with finance and accounts
- Externally with vendors and suppliers - service providers and manufacturers.
Qualifications And Experience:
Existing Qualifications for the Post Holder:
- MBA
- 5 years in role
