- As the head of this practice, you will be responsible for identifying relevant training frameworks, work with clinical experts around the world as subject matter experts and managing a combination of in-house and external teams to produce the best medical learning content in the world! You are a medical professional, with experience in content and the heart of an entrepreneur.

- Medvarsity is the leading online medical certification and training company with presence across 8 locations in India and students across India, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. We are looking at a creative and innovative leader to join our marketing team and lead our brand marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review, redesign and produce clinical learning content

- Build a lean strong team to rapidly expand content capability across the group.

- Identify and partner with clinical experts around the world to create highly engaging and technically accurate learning content.

- Develop accurate project priorities, schedules and budgets for execution of course content.

- Ensure all content developed under the Medvarsity brand is free from plagiarism and copyright infringement.

- Hire, train and up-skill the content organization to drive business requirements.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders

Experience :

- MBBS with post graduation in MBA

- Proven work experience of 10 years in eLearning development, content creation, video production.

- Strong process orientations with ability to identify gaps, define processes and track performance.

- Strong communication and management skills and ability to influence without authority.
