Job Title: AGM- Operations

Job Description:
As a - AGM-Operations, you should manage and oversee all clinical training operations needed for delivery of academic programs with ultimate responsibility of ensuring all training operational goals are accomplished within the prescribed quality frame work with the aim of delivering quality learning experience for the students. Job role involves 50% travelling time for visiting partner hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure building successful relationship with the partner hospitals
- Ensure a student satisfaction index of 60-70% from the training
- Effective execution of the operation plans while managing costs of the planned programs and keeping within budgets
- Collaborate actively with all partner hospitals and initiate joint training protocols needed to ensure efficient delivery of training across all centers
- Play a pivotal role in both development of the training operational plan and in monitoring its implementation
- Construct a growth plan for faculty and drive institutional leads/prospects for the courses from the partner hospitals
- Analysis of course-wise training capacity and utilization and developing the expansion plan as per the enrolment numbers for each course
- Prepare and execute the schedule for webinars/ live lecture sessions by expert/ renowned faculty (Partner with Marketing teams and functional leaders to create thought leadership sessions in the medical community)
- Prepare reports on implementation status of training operations with suggestions for overcoming problems and challenges
- Develop and maintain records as required for preparation, presentation of pertinent information for review of training operations
Education and Experience:
- MBBS with MBA/PGDM or Masters/ Diploma in Hospital Administration (mandatory qualification required)
- 6-8 yrs. experience in healthcare industry
- Teaching experience or experience in educational institutes preferred
- A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology
- Good organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Strong management or leadership skills with superior interpersonal skills
