Key Area of responsibility :

- Analyze and monitor the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast

- Preparation of the month end package, Business Dashboards and other reports of various locations

- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.

- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.

- Ad-hoc business performance reporting

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

- Assist in M&A evaluation and due diligence: Review M&A opportunities and coordinating with team for performing due diligence

- Support in integration activities around financial systems.

- Plan and conduct the Integration Team kickoff Meeting with all functional integration leaders explaining their roles and responsibilities during the transition period

- Developing post-merger integration plan with inputs from all functional leads

- Escalate issues requiring senior-level input so they are resolved quickly and effectively

- Manage the interdependencies between functions so activities are prioritized and sequenced correctly

- Evaluate the risks associated with an integration and mitigate them to the most reasonable extent possible

- Tracking integration activities ensuring the timelines

- Preparing synergies tracker

- Preparing reports for weekly/monthly updates to management

- Capture lessons learned and recommendations for future acquisitions

Candidate Profile :

The Ideal candidate should have :

- S/He should be a CA/MBA with approx. 3 years of Corporate Finance or M&A experience

- Should have experience of due diligence conducted of Investments and M&A activities.

- Experience in post-merger Integration activities

- High on integrity and ethical values and must have a transparent way of working

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels and self-motivated

- High quality Microsoft Excel / PPT skills
