We are seeking a seasoned leader to take charge as Director - Dental RCM, responsible for overseeing and optimizing our dental revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of dental RCM workflows, team leadership at scale, and a passion for delivering operational excellence and superior client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end dental RCM operations, managing a team of 500+ professionals.

- Drive operational excellence through robust process management and performance tracking.

- Monitor team productivity and quality to ensure consistent delivery on client KPIs.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring proactive governance and communication.

- Forecast budgets and oversee financial planning aligned with revenue goals.

- Onboard and implement new client accounts in collaboration with sales, IT, HR, and admin teams.

- Conduct regular governance calls, address client queries, and share monthly performance dashboards.

- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development for team leads and staff.

- Minimize attrition through strong team engagement and support mechanisms.

- Identify automation and upselling opportunities to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

- Ensure timely billing, reporting, and compliance with HIPAA and client requirements.

- Oversee dental-specific RCM functions such as eligibility verification, payment posting, EOB review, and AR follow-up.

- Conduct skip-level meetings and performance reviews to maintain organizational alignment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in RCM, with significant exposure to Dental RCM operations.

- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale teams (500+ employees).

- Strong understanding of dental billing workflows, client requirements, and PMS platforms.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools with excellent analytical capabilities.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.

- Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional teams.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in identifying and implementing automation tools to optimize workflow.

- Adherence to HIPAA and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
