Medusind - Deputy General Manager - Dental Revenue Cycle Management

- We are looking for an accomplished Deputy General Manager (DGM) to oversee and drive the Dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.

- This role involves leading large-scale operations, ensuring process excellence, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving efficiency through innovation and team management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee Dental RCM operations with a team of 500+ employees.

- Ensure productivity and quality metrics are met for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, budgeting, and operational improvements.

- Manage month-end reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.

- Train and mentor team members to align with organizational goals.

- Lead seamless onboarding of new clients by collaborating with sales, IT, admin, and HR teams.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely updates.
