- Be a strategic partner to the extended leadership team in India and be an advisor to them on key actions related to workforce in India
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs like full time employees, Interns and Apprentices.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various initiatives.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans in collaboration with Total Rewards.
- Lead the Talent Management initiatives in India in collaboration with Talent Management COE
- Be the champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in India in partnership with ELT and ILT
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs in collaboration with L&D.
- Support employee development initiatives, such as mentoring programs and career progression plans.
- Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, at an India as well as Asia-RLM level
