Job Description - BD /Sourcing Manager Employment Type: Full time Position: BD/Sourcing Manager ( Manager - Operations) Location: New Delhi Number of Positions: 2 About the Role We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and a highly-organized individual to build a comprehensive working relationship with Distributors, MRs, and the relevant trade chain within the supply side for MedTrail. They will be incharge of sourcing, procuring, negotiating deals from Medical Representatives and Distributors in the Medical field. What does the role entail? - Meeting with Distributors, MRs for new deal closure. - Interacting with supply chain stakeholders for new business propositions and increasing supply vendors. - Develop and execute new initiatives to bring in and maintain stakeholder relationships. - Handling escalations in case of any deviations in the invoice, payments, deals, etc. - Working with Central Ops and Procurement team to build a supply chain in new regions and specializations Education and Experience - 4-8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement. - Trade Chain experience preferred. - Startup experience is a plus. - Strong Sales and Business Development background - IIT graduates can also apply. - The pharmaceutical background will also be preferred. ( Regional Manager or above) Key Skills and Competencies - Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Planning and organizational skills - Operational Rigour - Problem-solving - Should be willing to travel in and around Delhi/NCR
