Job description

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization's operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

The job of the Operations Manager is to make sure that all the deliveries are on time for a superior and delightful customer experience. The order being in the form of medicine makes it critical as well to be delivered on time. The delivery supervisor will use our hi-tech delivery management systems to get a real time analysis of the situation.

A Operations Manager will be responsible for on time delivery and hassle free fulfillment of orders on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the delivery executives in resolving the real-time order related issues.

- The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

- Ensure store delivery time windows are met daily

- Possess very strong organizational and prioritizing skills

- Maintain process improvement to further enhance productivity of deliveries

- Have a highly developed sense of urgency

- Achieve the defined average delivery executive efficiency & help them deliver more orders to earn more.

- Implement processes to connect loose ends in fulfilment side of operations.

- Collection of cash from the delivery executives after the end of their shift

Location would be Pune
