Designation: Senior Marketing manager - Outbound Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Purpose:
- To acquire customers via Tele Calling, inside sales, upsales, cross sales, cold calling.
- To startegize launch of department, hiring, setting up processes, start operations within time lines
- To deliver month on month growth as pr business requirement, to optimise sales campaigns for improving RoI
- To constantly improve RoI from these channels
- To constantly improve retention rate from these channels
Duties:
- Define objective of Medlife's outbound department
- Plan to achieve targets of Marketing so that business objective is achieved.
- Come up with innovative marketing plans each month, test and scale as per performance
- Measure, report, send dashboards of results for this channel
- Use manual or tools to make the process efficient and error free
Expected outcomes
- Increased Revenue from this channel.
- RoI is as per business requirement
- RoI from individual campaigns is tracked, maintained and improved
- Ensure repeat rate from this channel is as per business requirements
Skills and Competencies
Education:
- Any UG, PG.
- Good to have MBA but not mandatory.
- Background in Maths or Analytics required
Experience in Industry
3+ years in outbound telesales, inside sales, 5+ years in Sales
- Proven excellence in customer acquisition and concepts of Telesales
- Good to have experience in retail industry, health and wellness industry
Experience on Tools:
Tele sales tools like Ozontel, Salesforce
Mandatory:
- Passion for Customer satisfaction.
- Fanaticism for quality.
- Good Grasp on content.
- Flair for digital marketing.
- Comfortable with lots of data analysis and data driven decision making.
Reports to: Head - Marketing
Team
This position will have a team of telecallers reporting. The manager can further make his/ her own org structure for effective team work
Level
Compensation Range: 15 to 18 Lakhs
