Designation : Manager- Content Marketing

Reports into : Head - Marketing.

Job Description :

- Define objective of Medlife's Content-Marketing.

- Plan to achieve targets of Marketing so that business objective is achieved.

- Implement innovative marketing plans each month, test and scale as per performance.

- Measure, report and share dashboards of results for this channel.

- Use manual or tools to make the process efficient and error free.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Customer acquisition through Content-Marketing channels.

- Plan through the funnel of content marketing i.e. content generation, distribution, lead generation, lead nurturing, drip marketing.

- Implement newer campaigns, ad copies every month.

- Usage of keyword research tool, trends tool for monitoring customers and their current interests for generating relevant content and ensuring click through rate and conversions.

- Engage with freelancers and partners for content generation as well as distribution work.

- Use tools like Outbrain and Taboola and others for content marketing.

- To constantly improve RoI and retention rate from these channels.

- Increased Revenue from this channel.

- RoI is as per business requirement and from individual campaigns is tracked, maintained and improved.

- Ensure repeat rate from this channel is as per business requirements.

Desired Technical Skills :

- 3+ years in Online marketing, Content marketing, Content distribution, lead generation through content marketing & drip marketing.

- Proven excellence in customer acquisition and concepts of all facets of content marketing.

- Good to have experience in retail industry, health and wellness industry.

- Good to have certifications that show interest in Online marketing.

- Good to have experience with technical integrations for various ad networks, tracking tools.

- Experience on Outbrain, Taboola and similar content marketing tools.

Desired Behavioral Skills :
