Job Description for Group Product Manager role:
1. Brand Building:
- Responsible for capturing increased brand share through strategic and tactical plans for the assigned portfolio
- Identifying market development opportunities in and scope for therapy expansion as well as creating blue oceans for sustainable growth
- Sharp competitor analysis and reviewing market information to fine-tune marketing campaigns
- Preparing brand plans and developing a long-term vision for the portfolio in terms of line extensions, profitability and robust growth
2. Data Analytics and Monitoring:
- Efficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to draw definitive conclusions after analyzing market data and presenting the outcomes effectively
- Tracking and anticipating promotional costs for the portfolio to ensure profitability of the SBU
3. Field Force engagement:
- Conducting cycle meetings and briefing the marketing plans to ensure effective execution through sales teams
- Training the field team regarding scientific and promotional aspects of the assigned portfolio
- Keep a close track of feedback from the sales force to understand market challenges and address the core issues within the time frame
4. Customer development:
- Ability to engage with KOLs and KBLs to understand the therapeutic needs for the assigned brands
- Plan to expand the marketing domain through creative customer engagement programs
