- Part of the core team in defining product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving business goals.
- Work with partners, doctors and patients to understand pain points and develop suitable product to provide amazing customer experience - Eg - You will help set the product strategy, do customer feedback calls, look at user metrics, get bugs fixed with support of tech team - all on a same day.
- Carry out detailed User profiling and Segmentation
- Initiate and prioritize customer needs to create roadmap and execute along with Engineering Team & other Business Teams
- Do extensive AB testing and analytics and engage in in-depth data-driven product management
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers
- Focus on Customer Delight, Retention, Re-engagement and repeat usage
Requirements:
- 3+ yrs experience in Product Management / MBA and preferably MBA in healthcare
- Exceptional clarity of thought, prioritization, data analysis & problem solving skills
a) Strong understanding of user metrics and conversion funnels
b) Good with product analytics - Excel, Mysql etc
- Excellent communication skills
a) Good stakeholder management
b) Ability to do usability testing effectively
c) Understanding of user psychology and online behavior
- Aggressive execution and enthusiasm about building products and solving challenges
Offer:
- Rs 50K per month.

Should be ready to relocate to Delhi NCR at the earliest.
