Location Gurgaon, India
Purpose
a. To Conceptualise, develop and implement clinical strategies for the organization's BU in line with market requirements, global and regional strategies and the country business plan
With the objective of: a. A Clinically differentiated market position and an organisation capable of attaining the same
b. Drive the India clinical strategy/ implementation with complete coordination with regional and world wide management
Job Responsibilities :
1. Conducting appropriate clinical / economical studies with full compliance to the country's legal requirements and organizations' regulatory standards.
2. Conceptualisations, plan for drive content, execute CME- s, seminars and other promotional events.
Clinical capability building amongst company's direct selling organisation and amongst channel partners (Developing Content, administering trainings, continuous evaluation).
3. Advocacy through meaningful alliances with company's resources, instrument companies, relevant accreditation agencies, key health care decision makers and media.
4. Support / assist sales organisation with product evaluations and 'critical to business' technical challenges (including but not limited to troubleshooting and product applications).
5. Support country business leader in business planning process with specific focus towards creating alignments within world-wide clinical and market segment teams within the frame work of current and emerging clinical trends.
6. Leading edge key customer relationship management.
Assist HR in recruitment, PMS and R&R . In order to ensure a clinically driven performance culture.
Role Requirements
Education and Experiences:
Doctoral in biological sciences / graduate/post graduate in medicine with Post Grad from Premiere B School.
8-10 years of experience in clinical/ clinical marketing functions. Experienced in driving key opinion leader work groups, training and education and contributing to business strategy
Knowledge and Skills:
High communication skills, personal ethics, clinical/ laboratory understanding, business acumen and interpersonal/ external relationship skills, customer focus.

2. Driving an alliance based industry initiative towards good laboratory practices
