- Ownership of Group Metrics
- Accountable for Clinical Facility Availability, Utilization, Outcomes, Retention and Succession of Clinical Specialty Departments
- Accountable for Well-being and Growth of Existing Clinical Departments and Commissioning New Clinical Departments
- Daily Clinical Rounds of Global Campus Unit
- Daily Meetings or Calls with Department Head
- Chair Monthly Clinical Specialty Dept Meetings
- Chair & Facilitate Monthly MAC, Emerging Leaders & Academics, Research & Publications Meetings
- Participation & Presentation in Monthly Internal and Quarterly External Board Meetings
- Participation in Monthly Performance Review of Global Clinical Unit Heads and Clinical Support Heads
- Mentor Global Campus Clinical Unit Leaders and Specialty Heads of Departments
- Participation & Presentation Quarterly Talent Pipeline Review with Family Mentors & Board Representative
- Participation in Combined Leadership Team Meetings
Job Specification:
- Qualification: MBBS, PG in any specialty
- Experience: 20 yrs exp in Administration in Multi-Specialty hosp of at 200 beds
- Skills & Attributes required: Solution oriented, Data Driven, Strategic Planning, Administrative Skills, Decision Making & Problem Solving, People Management, Crisis Management, Legal Advocacy
