Medical Advisor - Pharma

We are looking for Medical Advisor for one of the Reputed Pharma Company.

Experience - 5 to 10 years

Qualification - MBBS + MBA

Location - Gurgaon

CTC - 16.00 L.P.A

Job Description: -

Professional:

- Experience: 5 to 7 yrs exp in pharma Industry/ related field.

- Very sound analytical skills and high business and market knowledge

- Innovative approach for various product evaluations

- Well informed about competitors market development activities

- Sound inter-personal and communication skills

- Good analytical ability and a creative bent of mind

- Computer literacy

- High motivational levels and should be able to handle high work pressure

Role and Responsibility:

- Medical inputs for India operations

- Technical evaluation of all proposals for new product development, marketing and distribution.

- Technical evaluation of Marketing strategy for all products (existing, switch & new products)

- Propose alternate brand positioning on the basis of technical detailed evaluation of product

- Work on all Clinical trials, efficacy data of all products

- Prepare complete own brand profiling, competitor brands profiling and propose technical rationale for product superiority which is dovetailed into medical ‘detailing story’

- Medical inputs to marketing for Category evaluation and propose new products including brand extensions

- Coordination with Herbal drug research for clearing off any new product basis modern technical evaluation parameters

- Study of formulations and ‘product constructs’ to technically evaluate and propose formulation changes to ensure and enhance efficacy of herbal products

- Provide Technical Inputs, drawing cycle plans and evolving Specialty-wise detailing story for the brands

- Selection, training and coordination with Dr detailing field force

- Prepare medical rationale for existing & new products

- Prepare Competitive profiling vs, our brand and propose product superiority through detailing story (Specialty wise)

- Technical evaluation of new business/brand proposals ( switch, new products & in-licensing & other product proposals )

- Technical support to Category Managers

- Work with marketing and R&D – PDR (Chemical) and HDR (Herbal) for new product development as part of New Products Development team

- Provide all technical inputs to marketing for consumer communication and ratification with Medical Affairs and Clinical Research

- Training of detailing field force and handling other Dr related queries
