Need for the above position:
- Since, two of our critical resources viz. Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure and Networking and Senior Manager - IT Digital Development & Information Security have decided to pursue their careers outside the organization, there is an immediate need for a senior resource to fill the void created by these exits. The role will require liaising with IT vendors, ability to leverage the latest technologies and innovations, managing relationships with vendors, optimizing costs, promoting innovation, and managing risk to ensure that the company is well-positioned for success in a rapidly changing IT landscape.
- In addition, we intend to further broaden the role where the individual will be required to partner with the Head Office (HO) for aligning business needs of the local unit. By acting as a liaison between HO and the Branch Office (BO), the IT Business Partner can help to coordinate activities and ensure that everyone is working towards the desired outcome.
- This position will help to facilitate communication between HO and BO, ensuring that everyone is kept up to date on important developments and that any issues are addressed in a timely and well-co-ordinated manner.
- The position can help to develop and implement strategies that are tailored to the specific needs of BO (SD, OPS, Sales, Network, Partners etc), while still aligning with the overall goals of the Organization.
- The individual will also take care of Project management and will ensure that the resources are allocated to a Project in the most effective way possible, taking into account the needs and priorities of the branch office.
- Overall, this position will be responsible for liaising between HO and BO and will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Organization. By facilitating communication, coordinating activities, and helping to develop and implement effective strategies, the GM/AGM IT will assist the management to ensure that the company, as a whole, is able to achieve its goals and grow over time.
Skill Set:
- IT expertise: Person with a strong IT background, including experience in software development, network infrastructure, and security. The candidate should have a good understanding of telemedicine technology and be familiar with relevant regulations and standards. He/She should be able to manage the development of new features and functionalities for the platform.
- Business development experience: The individual should have experience in developing and executing growth strategies for a healthcare or technology company. He/She should have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth. He/She should be able to develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Project management skills: The individual should have strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects. He/She should be able to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful project delivery. He/She should be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Communication skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. He/She should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build relationships with external partners. He/She should be able to lead meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership skills: The candidate should be able to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, as well as collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, OPS, customer support and Network team. He/She should be able to set clear goals, provide guidance and support, and hold team members accountable for their performance. He/She should be able to work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
- Regulatory compliance: The individual should have a good understanding of the regulatory environment for telemedicine, including relevant laws, regulations, and standards. He/She should be able to ensure that the company's technology and operations are compliant with these requirements. He/She should be able to work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that the company is following best practices in data privacy and security.
