- Responsible for understanding client's marketing objectives/goals and agency deliverables

- Should have the capability to design integrated 360 campaigns

- Should be enthusiast in data mining to arrive at media platform and innovations

- Will spearhead all the key businesses of the company

- Consumer profiling based on habits & behavior, identify target audience, competitor tracking, analysis & market prioritization.

- Planning, Buying & Executing brand campaigns, monitoring campaign's performance vis--vis competition.

- Monitor competitor activities & devise client's strategies to add maximum value to their media budget.

- Co-ordination with Press, TV, Radio, etc.

- Should have worked extensively on TV and print; handled multi media campaigns

- Good communication skills - for client interface

- Should be well-versed in media software's including TAM, BARC etc

- Ideal candidate should be from Media Planning and Buying background and have experience in managing a team and P&L

- Result oriented approach and good communication skills are must
