Digital Marketing Media Planner
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role?
Key Responsibilities :
- Analytics: Perform data-intensive analytics that identifies opportunities to maximize lead generation and lead conversion at the lowest possible costs.
- Business Process Management: Own, manage and track geographic lead generation and campaign optimization to meet or exceed stated goals. Own funnel optimization. Manage A/B Testing.
- Key Success Metrics: In this role, you will own a derived set of standardized and well-documented key marketing metrics including CPC, CTR, and CVR
- Key Outcomes: Address key business drivers:
- Demand Optimization: Given our buyer demand coverage, how do we optimize media spend for the highest value to our customers and lowest cost/highest profitability?
- Test and Experiment: Project management for idea generation, planning and implementation of CR / marketing tests.
- Tracking and Measuring: Ensure steady supply. Optimize traffic sources, manage geographical targeting.
- Qualifications: Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience
Minimum Qualifications :
- MBA -TIER 1 or 2 Institute (Specialization in Analytics/ Marketing)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with translating data and trends into marketing initiatives.

- Excel wizard and a numbers person.
- Runs with projects and owns them until the very end.
- Gets things done and savors the power of results
- Clear and consistent communicator.
- Is a problem finder & fixer: What data points should we consider, that will lead to higher performing leads?
- Creative thinking to design tests and experiments to drive funnel optimization.
