Role Description:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working closely with multiple teams, including engineering, product, and business teams. We are looking for someone with strong managerial and operational skills, as well as expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will play a key role in driving project success through effective planning, coordination, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Roadmap Strategy and Definition:

- Own and drive the roadmap strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Technical Project Management:

- Demonstrate expertise in managing technical projects directly with software engineering teams.

Agile Methodologies:

- Apply a deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to facilitate efficient project execution.

Stakeholder Management:

- Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Cross-functional and Global Teams:

- Utilize experience in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams for seamless project execution.

Conflict Management:

- Demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve project issues.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking:

- Be a self-starter with analytical and strategic thinking skills, adept at navigating unorganized environments.

Technical Proficiency:

- Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of related business solutions.

Multitasking:

- Demonstrate the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the quality assurance of deliverables through meticulous planning and monitoring.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies.

Performance Monitoring:

- Implement effective performance monitoring mechanisms to track and report project progress.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant project/program management experience with engineering teams.

- MBA from a reputable B-school in India.

- PMP and Agile certifications preferred.

- Strong technical background, preferably in engineering.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
