Job Summary:
- The Human Resource personnel is responsible for overall management of HR function at MM and will be leading the entire strategic HR.
- As an HR leader you must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR function. You should be able to manage programs and lead employees while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
- The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and managing HR budgets
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, leave & attendance etc
- Manage End to end Talent acquisition ensuring right resource is hired within a defined TAT
- Act as a support for the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management etc
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics, responsible for entire life cycle management from acquisition to exit
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance on day to day operations
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and for all matters related to statutory compliances
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Spearhead Employee Engagement initiatives to bring about a positive work environment ensuring employees are treated as internal customers
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
- Strong acumen for numbers and structured approach towards change management
