KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Media planning - Manage all Paid Search, Social, Display, referral and Remarketing campaigns, which includes ideation, planning, optimization and performance analysis
Media monitoring & optimizations - Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization of performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact.
Targeting audience expansion
Organic Traffic targets & content tactics - Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings through on page & off page methods. Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
- 5 - 7 years- of Hands on SEM, SMM & AMS experience in Digital Consulting, Digital Agencies or Digital marketing teams of brands.
