YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF
- Owning the relationship with media agencies across the region
- Owning and managing media strategy for key brands
- Leading the process of developing annual media plans, strategic media projects and media buying for the brands.
- Monitoring the implementation of media plans and execution of media deals by coordinating with media agency.
- Strategic tie-ups with TV channels to create a 360- platform for specific brand campaign/activation.
- Negotiate with channels/ Digital Platforms for brand specific requirements.
- Developing media innovations and media properties for the brands.
- Develop ROI models to drive efficiencies across channels
- Work closely with the marketing function to understand key business issues.
- Analysis of market/competition trends for formulating sourcing strategy and driving efficiency
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Ideally MBA in Marketing with 8 years or more years of experience working in FMCG media/marketing and/or media agency account management/planning.
- Strategic planning skills and experience developing PR and integrated marketing campaigns with strategies and tactics connected to tangible metrics and outcomes
- Experience overseeing and coordinating multiple media agencies and partners.
- Understanding of and experience with consumer insights and market research.
- Experience building brands and driving sales through integrated marketing and solutions and campaigns.
