Job Location: Pune Experience: 3+ yrs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth operations of the organization which would benefit all stake holders - Team, Management, Clients & Vendors by being a HR Business partner.
- Policy Formulation and Process.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable policies.
- Recruitment Management of the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Recommend sourcing strategy to drive workforce usage/mix plans, recruiting/joiner plans.
- Induction and orientation of new employees
- Lead 360-degree Employee Feedback & Appraisal Process.
- Attendance and Leave Administration.
- Relationship building through continuous periodic interactions.
- Planning & Coordinating for various employee engagement activities like team outings,etc.
- Ensure required company branding takes place, to attract candidates.
- Develop systems for database management of employee, recruits, institutes, vendors etc.
- Exit analysis and improvements & ensure smooth employee exit formalities.
Desired Skills :
- Experience of working in an IT organization is a must.
- Understanding of complete HR & operations activities.
- Excellent verbal / written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Works in absolute planned and organized method.
- Expert in using various Software like MS-Office, Recruitment & Employee Database, Project Management etc for smart & efficient working.
- Love socialising on platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter.
- Excellent Negotiating skills.
- Good understanding in various HR strategies.
