Job Responsibilities :

- Own and manage projects and deliveries to customers (multiple)

- Coordination with client, project teams

- Hands on experience on project and people management

- Handling quality process, budget preparation and schedule tracking

- Account Management, Presales

- Track, Control and manage parameters - growth, operations, project delivery and quality.

- Scale-up team size, recruitment, collaborate with functions - HR, IT

- Manage more than 20 member team.

- Passion for technology and drive team to build solutions in Entertainment, Audio/Video Streaming, Connected Devices, Home Automation, Embedded, IoT.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 12 Years of industry experience with at least 4 years of delivery management and operations

- Prior experience with leading teams of at least 20 professionals

- Complete SDLC/Agile Methodology and or product development experience is must

- Excellent in estimation, planning, risk management, team handling and people management

- Experience in monitoring, tracking and controlling operational parameters - delivery, quality and operations

- Experience of presales, proposal preparation, offering management

- Strong fundamentals & problem solving skill.

- Experience executing projects in C/C++, Embedded, Linux etc.

- Experience in architecture & design - application, middleware and various communication protocol in one or more domains.

- Knowledge and experience on Mobile platforms like Android & iOS would be a plus.

- Experience in Domains like Home Entertainment, Audio/Video Streaming, Connected Devices, Home Automation, Video Analytics, Embedded, IoT
