- Ability to strategize for media including annual budgeting and develop brand plans, to drive the client/business KPIs
- Extensive understanding and experience of entire media discipline - planning and implementation
- Worked on innovative projects, preferably effectiveness award-winning cases
- Strong management experience and skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you
- Great client management and leadership skills
- Should have the capability to design integrated 360 campaigns.
- Explore opportunities on creating media innovations / properties so as to enhance agency revenues from out of scope projects.

- Prior Experience in handling large Client accounts, preferably FMCG
- Media planning experience in Traditional Media.

- Should be well-versed in media software's including BARC,TAM, IRS, etc
