Medi Assist - Assistant Manager - Partnership

Job Description/Key Roles & Responsibility:

- Goal - Grow our market share of Retail Business of PSU Insurers

- To present Portfolio performance to Heads of Regions and other operating offices of PSU Insurance companies

- Conduct/Attend Agents meetings/conclaves

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT :

- Must be Ambitious, Passionate and outcome oriented

- Must have excellent Relationship and Communication skills

- Prior sales or account management experience in Health Insurance domain (Pvt Insurance co., TPA or Broker) is required

- Substantial People management/ Leadership & Territory management experience required

- Willing to travel extensively

- Knowledge of Regional languages is must (Bengali)
