Key Responsibilities:.

Sales Strategy Design: Develop effective sales strategies by conducting competitor analysis and identifying business opportunities.

Proposal Management: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to close RFPs and ensure thorough follow-up on submitted proposals.

Solution Architecture: Design new solution architectures and coordinate with operations to build execution capabilities.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest products/services aligned with demand.

Market Research: Conduct market research for all products/services relevant to RFPs.

Financial Feasibility: Perform detailed financial analysis for project viability.

Government & Institutional Client Engagement: Interface with government bodies and major institutional clients to understand trends and map potential business opportunities.

Stakeholder Reporting: Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders and produce insightful reports.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Service Expansion: Identify new service opportunities within the assigned territory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):.

- Bid Success Rate: Percentage of successful bids.

- Process Automation: Establish automated processes to track projects and assist in decision-making.

- Trend Integration: Introduce latest trends in Skill Development, Education, and Employment.

- Success Factor Identification: Determine Critical Success Factors for winning tenders.

- Productivity & Profitability: Achieve assigned productivity and profitability targets.
