Overview of the role:

Medhavi Skills University (Sikkim) [sponsoring body Medhavi Foundation] in line with its vision of skill development pan India is offering diploma/degree courses and has collaborated with various industry partners in apprenticeship programmes. MSU is looking for someone who is well versed in LMS / ERP configuration and management to manage and execute processes through the portals along with providing support and reconfiguration of processes as and when necessary. In addition, also provide structures for any new portals and softwares required by the organisation.

KRA:

1. Manage MSU's entire suite of technology platforms including Learning Management System, Admission Management, Exam Management which forms the backbone of the University. This will include assisting the team with queries, keeping the team up to date with the latest releases, troubleshooting for issues, user support, and engaging with vendors to drive resolution to issues and submit feature requests.

2. Constantly analyse the Learning Management System's performance against RoI, KPIs and other metrics and drive to improve performance

3. Work on wireframes and with the design team to come up with UI/ UX that results in better user experience

4. Work closely with the development team and testing team to build and launch newer versions of the Learning Management System

5. Understand the industry trends and benchmark the existing Learning Management System against the best practices and best products in the market

6. Manage the rollout strategy of the product and continuously measure the success metrics of the product rollout.

7. Work with MSU's multiple software vendors to resolve issues and drive new feature enhancements.

8. Deploy data backed product development methodology to improve user experience and feature prioritisation.

9. Coordinate training and demonstration of the Learning Management System

Skills:

1. Bachelor's/ Masters' Degree with a relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university

2. 5+ years of experience as a product manager driving significant cross-organizational solutions to closure

3. Experience in IT Education/ Training/ Professional certification or similar industry

4. PMP Certification shall be and added advantage

5. Work well under pressure and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary

6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
