Established in 2012, the Medhavi Foundation is the parent body of Medhavi Skills University.
It is a Section 8 Not-For-Profit company and is a recognized training partner for the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
The Medhavi Foundation is empanelled with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as a Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) and Basic Training Provider for the promotion of apprenticeship training under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.
The Foundation has trained 2,20,000+ candidates and placed 1,90,000+ candidates in 20+ states.

Job Summary:
- The Quality & Training Assurance Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance processes and training programs for teaching faculties.
- This role aims to ensure consistent instructional quality, continuous faculty development, and adherence to academic standards to enhance the learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inspections and find deviations in skill training and provide suggestions for enhancing the training and placement percentage (Quality Services).
- Guide and providing capacity building Session to trainers for quality training.
- The Sessions based on the content delivery, performing practical's in the Classroom Safety and Awareness, and interpersonal Skill development.
- Handling Candidate dossier and documentation as per the requirements of the projects.
- Co-ordinate skill training center staff including Center staffs & manager or their sub lines.
- Provide MIS Support to Operation Team.
- Ensuring timely compliance & reports for different projects as per the Government Project guideline.
- OJT Verification, Placement Physical Verification.
- Monitoring the Placement Record.
Required Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a teaching, academic administration, or quality assurance role, with experience in faculty training preferred.
- Certifications in teaching, training, or quality assurance are a plus (e.g, Certified Professional in Training Management, Quality Assurance in Education, etc.
