Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive business development strategy that prioritizes revenue growth and positive client experiences.
- Research and identify new market opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Prepare insightful sales presentations and proposals to win new clients, showcasing the value proposition of Medhavi Aspire's skill development solutions.
- Forecast sales and revenue to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing industry-specific expertise and solutions to address client skill development challenges.
- Train and mentor junior Business Development professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Track all business-related activities and invoices, ensuring efficient and accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor sales progress, analyze market data, and implement performance improvement strategies to exceed corporate objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent revenue growth in a B2B environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field, preferably within the education or skills development sector.
