Academic Manager - Outcomes Based Learning
About Medhavi Skills University :
- For this role, we are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with who understands outcomes-based teaching, learning and learning evaluation.
-The individual will mainly be responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely design, development and maintenance of the curriculum, learning outcomes, assessments and other training/learning material for qualifications/programmes as per the current trends and requirements of the industry along with statutory academic bodies like UGC, NCVET and AICTE.
- This will involve working closely with subject matter experts, industry partners, training partners, regulatory bodies, team members and other departments of the University.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Post-Graduate from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in assessments design and development and qualification, curriculum or content development.
Responsibilities :
- Developing student learning outcome evaluation plans and tools in line with latest UGC guidelines.
- Understanding the University Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technology platforms and ensuring seamless integration of the academic aspects with the online platforms.
- Monitoring the students' work-integrated learning lifecycle in classroom, online and On-the-Job training setup through LMS and faculty interaction.
- Understanding the National Credit Framework and National Skills Qualification (NSQF) framework and developing qualifications relevant to the university and getting them approved by NCVET.
- Development of outcomes-based curriculum for various academic programs being offered by the University in co-ordination with Subject Matter Experts and Industry professionals.
- Review of the work of curriculum, content and assessment developers (internal and external) and ensuring adherence to guidelines and quality standards.
- Any other work as relevant to the Department of Academics of the University as delegated by the University management from time to time.
