ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY - ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT (SYSTEM ADOPTION)
LOCATION - LUCKNOW OR PANCHKULA.
Medha has a vision of an India with equal career opportunities for youth; irrespective of gender, class, or caste.
We believe the most effective way to get 150 million young people into rewarding careers is by collaborating with the government education system. From day one, we chose to exclusively work at existing vocational, technical, and higher education institutions and integrate our programming and approach into the system.
Ten years later, this scale path has enabled us to impact over 85,000 students across more than 540 educational institutions in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Haryana.
As we expand our System Adoption work to reach 1 million students in the next five years, we are looking for expert project managers to deliver large-scale projects across government education systems. They will be responsible for turning a vision into a plan, managing the resources and relationships required to achieve the project's objectives, and keeping a diverse set of stakeholders moving in the right direction, on time, and on budget.
The difference between a good idea and MoU, and tens of thousands of young people starting rewarding careers they enjoy, comes down to our ability to execute. We are looking for passionate professionals who know what it takes to get things done with the government.

- Empirical evidence and collective action: Conduct and disseminate research on the school to work ecosystem. Collaborate more deeply with peers.
You will be responsible for managing the execution of projects in one or more of the above-mentioned areas. This includes but is not limited to:
