Role Description:

The Paid Marketing Manager role at Medfin is a full-time position based in Bengaluru. As a Paid Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement targeted digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing ad campaigns, optimizing ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in developing and executing paid marketing campaigns

- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

- Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques and tools

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

- Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus
