Mechanical Head - Commercial Printing

We are looking for Mechanical Head for one of leading organization which is into Commercial Printing machinery.

Experience - 20.00 to 30.00 years

Location - Delhi

Qualification- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering/Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, MBA or PG Diploma would be advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Well versed in technologies surrounding the Commercial Printing industry

- Excellent Team Player – should have handled atleast 7 – 8 people

- Strong organizational skills.

- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall Productivity

2. Hands on mechanical/maintenance

3. Spare part Management

4. Knowledge of Utilities – Boilers and Compressors.

5. Mean Time Between Breakdown (MTTB)

6. Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)

7. Down Time maintenance

8. Overall Plant Maintenance

9. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

10. Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.

11. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings.

12. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.

13. Organizing routine preventive maintenance schedules, Allocating work to a team of engineers/technicians, Spares Management, Quality inspection on the Engineering materials, responding immediately to printing machine/equipment breakdowns, Fixing faults, keeping the management informed of progress, Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts, oiling and cleaning machinery and parts, overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
