LARGER PURPOSE AND IMPACT

- You will help us drive key product insights that ultimately have big impact to our games and the company! You will enjoy combining analytical skills with the right business acumen to provide our game teams with the data and insights that will drive product and game design decisions.

- You will get an opportunity to work closely with our product leaders as a data-driven advisor and partner on strategic issues.

Your responsibilities will include to:

- Develop new insights and analyses that inform decisions and help us continue to delight the people playing our mobile games

- Provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support for our key projects

- Provide reporting and performance monitoring to the business and game-teams using data drawn from diverse sources

- Periodically conduct Data-diagnostics presentations to the whole team

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :

- 1-3 years relevant experience working in a consumer product company in a product/data analyst role

- Knowledge of key concepts in mobile products: funnels, cohorts, engagement, retention, LTV, A/B testing, etc.

- Solid understanding of statistics required for behavioural and predictive analytics: distributions, significance, regressions, classifications, etc

- Excellent grasp of SQL and MS Excel. Strong working knowledge of R/Python and tools like Tableau, Mode, Google Analytics or Mixpanel

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to develop hypotheses, understand and interpret data within the context of the product/business and distil data into actionable recommendations

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams and to present information to stakeholders

BROWNIE POINTS FOR :

- Advanced Degrees or Certificates in Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics

- Experience in mobile gaming

- Enjoy playing games on console, PC or mobile
