MD - Investment Banking

Job Profile :

- Director Investment Banking will be responsible for independently originating new business, building strong relationships in the investor community, overseeing deal execution and working towards strengthening the brand.

- Originate new business opportunities from the existing and new clients mainly in sectors like financial services, agriculture, education, healthcare & renewable energy etc.

- Oversee deal execution across variety of industry sectors & products, including structuring capital market solutions and advising clients on M&A matters.

- Lead the development of new product capabilities, industry sector coverage.

Desired Profile :

- MBA with 15+ yrs relevant investment banking experience.

- Significant capital markets and / or M&A transaction execution experience. Exceptionally strong investment banking skills in one or more product areas, especially equity.

- Track record of independent deal origination / revenue generation.
