Vice President - Inspection and Audit

Qualifications - preferably CFA / CA / CS / Post Graduate. Other qualification with relevant experience

Experience - 15 - 20 years of relevant experience preferably from MIIs (Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Depositories), large Financial Services (Broking, Banks etc) having handling Inspection and Audit, Regulatory compliances

Job Responsibilities:

Selection of Members for Inspection:

- Timely Completion of all on-site Inspections as per selection list

- Completion of post inspection cases

- Compliance with Regulatory requirements

- Improving engagement at internal stakeholder level

- Carrying out Member's training

- Ensuring Employee training and development Managing of team

- Interacting with Regulator and prompt response to their queries

- Managing System Development for various requirements including Enhanced Supervision and Inspection related applications.

Knowledge - In-depth knowledge of the functioning of the Exchanges and various Regulatory & compliance requirements
