- Managing and ensuring smooth trading operations including Beginning of Day (BOD) and End of Day (EOD) activities

- Market monitoring and surveillance of trading

- Analytical and reporting writing skills

- Good knowledge of physical and derivatives market

- Testing and implementation of new features in the trading system

- Coordinating with regulatory authorities and other agencies for necessary approvals

- Ensuring adhering to the required service level standards for various services provided to members

- Providing timely data/ information to various regulatory authorities

- Representing the department in various internal/ external meetings
