Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute MCUBE's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, social media, content creation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with MCUBE's business objectives.

- PPC Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, etc.

SEO Optimization:

- Conduct thorough SEO audits and analysis.

- Provide actionable recommendations for on-page and off-page optimization.

- Develop and implement keyword strategies.

- Monitor and report on SEO performance.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.

- Manage and grow MCUBE's social media presence across various platforms.

- Foster community engagement and respond to inquiries.

- Monitor social media analytics.

Content Marketing:

- Create and manage a content calendar.

- Develop engaging blog posts, articles, social media content, and other marketing materials.

- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand messaging.

- Track content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance.

- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Generate regular reports and present findings to management.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.

- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

- Track spending and provide budget reports.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

- Work with sales teams to ensure effective lead nurturing.

Event Coordination:

- Coordinate and manage participation in conferences, seminars, and events.

- Develop marketing plans and strategies for events.

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.

- Monitor brand reputation and address any issues.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities.

- Provide feedback and support to team members.

- Ensure team productivity and efficiency.

Link Building:

- Develop and implement link-building strategies.

Customer Content:

- Help create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4-6 years in a managerial role.

- Education: Bachelor's/ master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

- Experience with PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).

- Knowledge of social media management tools.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS).

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure (beneficial).

Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills.

- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
