Job Summary:

The National Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share on a national level. This role involves overseeing the sales operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development

2. Lead, mentor, and manage a nationwide sales team, including regional sales managers and sales representatives.

3. Promoting the products through a network with architects / interior Designers / consultants / contractors / builders & developers.

4. Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular.

5. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

6. Implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

9. Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

10. Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.

11. Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

12. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide input for financial planning and budgeting processes.

13. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

14. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends.

15. Represent the company at industry events, Exhibitions, and conferences.
