While HRPL is a McDonald’s Master Franchisee with rights to own & operate McDonald’s restaurants in India’s west and south markets, restaurants in the north & east India markets is managed by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited, a Joint Venture Partner of McDonald’s Corp.
In its markets, HRPL, today serves approximately 165 million customers, annually, at 180 restaurants in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, parts of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, and provides employment for more than 7,000 employees. The pillars of the McDonald's system – Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value – are evident at each of the restaurants where HRPL operates.
Key Deliverable -
1. Partners with the Regional Construction team within an assigned geographical area to optimize Place and to align goals with corporate strategies.
2. Gathers and analyzes information on the potential of the market and each restaurant in assigned geographical area
3. Fosters the Team approach to Development within the region.
4. Develops and utilizes a network of Brokers and other outside consultants.
5. Partners with the Area Construction Manager to prioritize development opportunities to ensure best use of capital (e.g., timing, funding and returns) within the region.
6. Utilizes the Gold Site Development Standards to optimize the sales performance of existing restaurants (e.g., visibility, 24 hour, drive-thru, landscaping, signage, marketing, access).
7. Maintains good connect within the organization as also with external vendors e.g. landlords, government bodies etc for rapid achievement of Real Estate tasks.
8. Takes initiative to gain feedback from operations on successes and areas for improvement. Uses this knowledge for future improvement.
9. Manages, motivates, and evaluates the Regional Real Estate Department Staff, including recruiting, retaining, training, developing and coaching.
10. Has thorough understanding of Profit & Loss and is responsible for creation of new site / store P&L's.
